Lynda R. Vescio, Esq. grew up in Westchester County, New York. She attended Mount Holyoke College and New York University School of Law.

Lynda was initially licensed to practice law in New York in 1996 and has been licensed in Arizona since 2002. While she began her legal career working in complex civil litigation and class actions, she founded Law Offices of Vescio & Seifert, P.C. – originally Vescio Law Firm – in 2008 in an effort to make a more direct impact on families and individuals facing difficult circumstances.

Lynda knows that every family is different, and each case needs to be handled in a way that meets that client’s needs and situation, so LOVS never takes a one-size-fits-all approach to representation. Lynda believes that being an advocate means ensuring that her clients have the information they need, not just the information they want to hear. She is skilled at helping families reach solutions but, if a compromise cannot be reached, she is a strong litigator in the courtroom, having been a trial lawyer for her entire career.

In addition to practicing law, Lynda is heavily involved in the Glendale Chamber of Commerce, volunteers on numerous other committees and commissions, and works with both dog and cat rescues.
